To request that an announcement be read before weekend Masses, fill out all the information below. This includes requests which the pastor or deacon will read AND requests for the ministry leader to speak themselves from the cantor stand.

Script must be clear, detailed, and concise.

When requesting weekends for the announcement to be read, put month and date(s) like this: January 18 and 25
