Recognizing that individual and families experience financial difficulties at times, Our Lady of Angels Catholic Church (OLA) is dedicated to working with the community to offer help in various ways.  Because our funds are limited we have the following guidelines.

Due to increased demands for financial assistance, we can ONLY ACCEPT applications from OLA Parishioners and non-parishioners living in zipcodes Allen (75002 & 75013), and Plano (75025).  All other zipcodes in Collin County will not be considered at this time.

* Assistance considered once every 18 months.
* Photo ID required.
* Must have an overdue bill(s) or documentation for assistance or a copy of each.
* Funds are not given to the applicant but are paid directly to the entity owed.
* Applicant understands that OLA may contact the entity owed to verify the debt.
* The application does not guarentee assistance.

Please allow up to 7-10 days for the review of the application.  Applicantions submitted by 10:00 pm Sunday will be called on the next Tuesday/Wednesday morning.  We will make every attemp to reach you by phone.  If we do not reach you, we will send you an email.  

All applications are reviewed and appliacants will be called to discuss the individual's needs or to obtain additional information.

Our Lady of Angels Catholic Church may contact all persons and organizations for the purpose of verifying the information requested so that I may recieve the requested assistance.  All such persons and organizations are hereby authorized to disclose all information regarding me in their possession.  I agree to hold Our Lady of Angels Catholic Church Employees and Volunteers; and the Diocese of Dallas harmless with respect to soliciting, documenting, and maintaining such information provided that they exercise reasonable care to insure confidentiality.
